Ex: cargo or sweat pants, joggers, leggings, jerseys, hats, layers, etc. Shoes: flat sole (like Vans, Converse, AirForce 1, Adidas Allstars, etc). *No running shoes. Dancer’s cannot learn the correct foot work and lack ankle stability in these shoes because the feet sit too high in the shoe. *No Blue Jeans.

Girls and Boys: any dance or athletic wear. No Shoes. Hair pulled up to the back of the head (hair styles on top of the head prohibits certain tricks and skills). Since the nature of acro tends to have the dancer pass over their head (handstands, cartwheels, etc) girls will either need to wear a leotard, fitted top, or a crop/sports bra under anything loose for modesty.
